"I used to believe that my mental strength came from overcoming personal challenges, but 100 days of discipline taught me so much more. By consistently working out for 100 days in a row I was able to drop 20 lbs and because I also gained muscle it means I lost even more than 20lbs of fat!! 10 years ago I sustained a serious injury which damaged my vagus nerve. This hindered my balance, stability and my confidence.
After doing the 100 day challenge EVERYTHING improved for me! I didn't think my balance and core strength would ever be like this again. I now have a renewed sense of self confidence. "I decided to join because I wanted to start to change my lifestyle and to grow some muscles. I felt that this group would push me more than I would if i was alone. Our professionals will prepare and provide workout sheets for various fitness levels. Choose one a day to complete.
NO GYM equipment REQUIRED
No gym membership? No problem. Make space at home or head out to the great outdoors, we encourage you to step out your comfort zone.
make time and PLAN AHEAD
It only takes 20 minutes a day and we believe preparation is key and will prevent laziness. Set aside your gym clothes and a 20-30 minute period.

We started the 100 days of discipline with a single purpose in mind: To inspire others. We recognize that to achieve greatness as individuals we must discipline ourselves. It is through the disciplined practice of fitness, we come to realize what we are truly capable of. Programming your brain takes at least 90 days. There will be ups and downs, easy times and difficult times, and everyone knows that through consistency, comradery, and grit we will achieve our full potential.
